Flat out stinks. Waiters ignored me for 20mins before being asked what I'd like to drink. Chicken fingers were dry and tasteless. Never again.

I just moved down to the Royal Palm beach and my cousins and I decided to have lunch at Hurricanes. Now mind you I have never been to a Hurricanes before and I am a server myself so I ALWAYS keep an open mind when going out to eat because of course I understand the business. But this experience had to have been one of the worst (keeping in mind I always cut the server slack even if the service isn't the best.) We were greeted by the server and her trainee. We got drinks and ordered chips and salsa (bottled salsa, yuck!) Those both came pretty fast. We all ordered chicken fingers and wings and those took forever! All our meals came with sides served in bowls but with no silverware to eat with. We asked the server 2 times for silverware and she finally brought some out. Then that was the last time we saw her for a while. The chicken was over breaded and hard to eat. The wings were cold. I could here their, what I assume to be "expo" person yelling at employee's from the kitchen (very unprofessional.) When it came time to pay our server was no where to be found and her "trainee" walked past our check 4 times. Another server picked it up and brought it to ours and had our server ask her to bring it back... our server wasn't even busy so I don't understand. Needless to say all 3 of us will not be back to that location. I myself am hesitant to try any other Hurricanes locations.

Wen't to Hurricane Grill once, was not impressed...at all. Now he's threatening to charge a 5% surcharge to cover Obamacare and telling customers if they don't like it they can just take it out of the servers tip. Another reason for me never to eat there again.

Let me start with this experience was so unfortunate I had to download this app and share. A large group (10-15) of us sat down to eat at 645pm. We were given one waitress that wasn't even able to get our drink order correct. We fixed the issues with her and moved onto the food (we asked for separate checks too). We waited well over an hour to get the food we ordered. Most of the food was cold to the touch and half of us didn't get what we ordered or any food at all. When we approached management the answer we were given was that grilled and fried food come out separately. We then come to find out our waitress has since walked off the job (not anyone's fault). Management offered to fix the issues by giving us another waitress. Most of us got through our cold meals and others didn't eat at all (could have been good food we didn't have the opportunity to try it hot and fresh). This was in between us not getting any drink refills or follow up service. We asked multiple times for the check and our request wasn't heard. I walked into get our check and come to find out all the checks are on one bill. I spent another half hour with management sorting out everyone's orders as I walked in and out to make sure we all had our bills straight. Never once did anyone offer to discount the bill or comp any items. We had to ask for the people who didn't eat or get food to have their items taken off the bill. At this time we voiced our frustrations to the manager in charge to be responded with "I have already been yelled at enough tonight". No one would have been rude had the situation be handled properly. Overall the entire situation was handled poorly by the management team and very disappointing. We were all there to have a good time and would have spent a large amount of money if things were handled better. We understood a person walking out on their job isn't managements fault but the handling of the situation is.

We have been here three times and I have received extremely friendly, helpful and well timed service. We haven't ordered anything that wasn't delicious. They have more wing sauces than you could possibly try in one visit. Very kid friendly.
They really wanted to make it right, so Hurricane invited me back with their sincerest apologies about my previous visits. I spoke with Kara, the General Manager, and she had one of their best waitresses assist us during our meal. As stated in my previous review, the only reason my family and I go to Hurricane is for the Trivia Night hosted on Wednesday's; the food is second, because it IS good when it's correct. Brooke, the waitress, treated my sister and I to a tasting of some of their top wing sauces (we had issues with the sauces on the wings before.) After tasting about 12 different sauces, I found a bunch I really enjoyed and we ended up mixing two of the flavors together for our batch of wings. The wings are pretty meaty and delicious; our sauce combo was interesting and spicy (I think we had the Inferno sauce), albeit missing a bit of the other flavor we chose (Boss Sauce.) Their new calamari rings were just okay; they were tasty, but very gummy. The fried pickles are ALWAYS delicious - just saying. I'm not a big dessert person, but they had this Salted Caramel Crunch Cake on the menu that I just HAD to try. Even the GM herself wanted to sit down with us and enjoy a few bites! Ha! It was delicious and I will have to get it again. So, why not 5-stars? A few items we ordered were forgotten, such as the extra celery for the wings (we only received 4 little sticks. Really?), one woman at our table ordered a water and never received it; I also ordered two waters at one point and only one was given. This is a long review, I know, but I had to make sure you know that Hurricane DID make it right in my eyes & for that, I will be returning more often.

Terrible service. Went in here and was ignored for 20 min when I just gave up. Probably should have taken my friends lead and left for greener pastures. Food looked rank anyways and the only tip I'd give to a waitress there is don't make serving your day job. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. Don't go to this place.

I've been to good Hurricane's and not so good ones - but this location tops them all for the worst one yet. My first bad experience was with the chicken wings I ordered to go. When I got home and was so anxious to eat them, I bit into rubber. Okay, I tried another flavor - this time it was bright red. I'm hungry so I try one more this one had a big round chunk with feathers. Okay I'm done. Next trip, because lets face it, I love the flavors and this is the closest location to me, we decided to eat in. I'm not sure if ownership changed but I was surprised to not see the normal girls behind the bar. I ordered the chicken philly and the blue cheese Queso dip for a starter. The dip came out watery with chunks of cheese - it was ice cold. When we complained, the manager told us she will go check with the cooks to see why they didn't follow the instructions, she came back and informed us that it was supposed to look like that. I told her we've had it plenty of times at other locations and it is warm and creamy - not watery or cold. To which she replied "oh", it was removed from our bill. The two people I was with received their orders, I still waited another 5 minutes for my food only to be brought a steak philly. Never again will I waste my time or money at this particular location.

Would like to start off by saying if you give this place 1 star either your a disgruntled ex employee or just flat out stupid we ordered the parmesan ranch, mango bbq, coco loco, buffalo wings they were amazing, tasty flavorful wings.we ordered the crab queso dip with nachos great dip.the taco nachos and the maui maui salad were amazing.the entertainment which i did not expect being my first time here was soothing with the night.overall i totally recommend this place for wing nuts.its a franchise so finding one in your area should be easy. dont forget to top your meal off with the Parmesan garlic fries to die for yumm

Good place to go if you want to get a quick reasonably priced meal. We love the grilled chicken wrap. Service is hit or miss. We love Mindy and try to only go on nights that she is working. The only negative I can say about this place is that if you sit inside, you end up smelling like the food.

I went in and order chips to go. My bank statement said $67.36. Somehow $50.00 got added on to my tip. I had to go to my bank then drive out west and North work on palm Beach) to straighten this out. They said they will put the $50.00 back onto my card. That was my hurricane grill experience.

Service: Excellent, drinks filled, food delivered when ready, and check on demand. Food: I tried the fried pickles and found them to be tasty, crisp and the dip for them was exciting. I was unable to eat many but they were good. My wings were extra crispy (as requested) and they arrived piping hot on my plate. The original "hot" wasn't very "hot" to me but that is all about perception. Cleanliness: Very clean inside, bathroom was neat and tidy, all tables were wiped immediately after use.

Sorry to see some people slamming this location, its definitely my favorite. I'm a huge fan of it for a few reasons... additionally I've been coming here to this location for probably over four years now. -Service: they always take care of me and my boys when we come out here, very personable and they're always checking in. I remember meeting the guy who started the chain here once and he had us try out a new sauce that he had just brewed up, super cool guy. -Location: Theres a car show that is always thrown in the parking lot and Hurricane just happens to be the perfect place to grab a bite to eat while enjoying some classic cars. -Food: Their sauces are great and I like them better than BW3's. This location seems to have meatier wings than others, not sure why.... --Additionally: My friends had a Category 5 eating contest a few years back that was most epic. The first to eat 15 Cat 5's in 15 minutes won bragging rights. The staff were cracking up since no one had done this before (at least at their location) and one of the guys were able to knock the wings out in just over 7 minutes... the other dude only ate 7 wings in total and tapped out, haha.

The boneless wings are good. I had the ones with the honey bbq sauce with a side of ranch dressing. I was kinda full before the wings came out, which means they give you a good portion of everything. The ceasar salad was delicious. Maybe I shouldn't of went overboard and got chips and salsa. It's a nice place to go for lunch and they have an area that you sit at outside. Too bad it was boiling hot outside or else we would of been out there. It can get a little crowded inside, but overall, the staff was courteous.

Dude. This place sucks. All those ads I've heard on the radio, saying how great the wings here are drove me to try it....bad move. We had the 5 flavor choice combo, all of which were a complete and udder disappointment. I wanted to like them, I really did....but it wasn't going to happen. No way, nohow. Very upsetting. If you do find yourself here, it's probably because you're drunk and high and your friends coaxed you into it, and my word of advise is to just stick with the normal medium or hot wings...they aren't good, but they aren't the most horrible thing on the menu either... What does make me have a good little laugh is the tag line they have at the end of their menu-their motto, if you will: "Take your time ordering. Unlike other places, we do have all day". Uh, yeah....because your wings totally suck, and nobody is knocking the door in to try to get to them. Stick with Tree's Wings down the street instead, and stay away from the "bad weather" that Hurricane's has to offer.

I really wanted to not believe the review below, but took a chance anyway. Wow. We ordered the garlic parmesan fries and they were so soggy and so so salty. We got the 4 flavor chicken combo and got Jamaican jerk which was overpowered with rosemary and just totally ruined that, the parmesan garlic flavor had no flavor, the lemon chicken was wayyyy too lemony and salty, and the honey ginger and garlic wasn't too bad. Probably the best out of all. The service was totally fine though. We left the place nauseous and just sick because I didn't think I was going to consume such saltiness. Definitely not going back there.

Wifey and I frequent this place a lot for lunch, it has kind of become our "go-to" place when we don't know where else to go. The food is good bar food. If you're coming here for the salad, well, I feel sorry for you... but the wings are great, especially once you find the right sauce for you. They have tons of sauces to choose from. What's to love? The two-for-one happy hour all day long. That's right: TWO FOR ONE. So wifey gets a beer, I steal it, then they bring her another one! It's like it was never stolen. Wifey absolutely LOVES the Shrimp BLT Quesadilla. She gets it almost every time we come here, and I have to admit, it is pretty good. As for me, I like the wings, the ribs are decent, but certainly not the best around. One thing I do like is they give you plenty of sauce WITH the meal. The fish and chips are good as well. You can tell, I don't come here for diet food. Give it a whirl... if you want to like the place, get the Shrimp BLT Quesadilla, but um, hold the L. ;)

The food at this place is absolutely consistent - consistently terrible! I have given them several chances as I enjoy their Saturday night outdoor karaoke, but I will no longer be going for food. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken on it. It was all wilted iceberg lettuce and a few pieces of slimy chicken. When I asked if I could have some toppings on my salad, they looked at me like I was insane. Now I know that side salads at most restaurants are iceberg lettuce, but if I'm paying 11 bucks for a salad, I want it to be more than the cheapest lettuce available! When I tell you the salads I've gotten at the McDonald's drive through are better, I am not exaggerating. I went and gave it another try a few weeks ago and ordered appetizers, which came out ice cold and tasteless. Even the wings are not that great, which is pathetic since it's called Hurricane grill and WINGS. The waitstaff seems totally surprised when people complain, which is pretty surprising to me. I only give it two stars as opposed to one because the 2 for 1 drink specials are awesome. I'll also add that they give a VERY healthy pour on their wine. If you're just going to grab a drink and sing karaoke, it's fine. Don't waste your money on food though. You'd be better off at a McDonalds!

We walked in at 6:35 the pub fare food didn't arrive till 8pm. It's now 8:37 and I haven't gotten a check. The food was cold for some and warm for others. The server walked off, the manager seemed as confused as everyone else. In the end if this were the last place to eat in the state, I would go fishing and hope for the best.

3.5 star place because of the amount of food served for take out orders. I ordered a full salad and received a small portion very similar to what you would receive at Mcdonalds dollar menu. Wings are great which is why I gave 4 stars opposed to 3. Plenty and I mean plenty of flavor sauces and levels of hot for you to choose from. If you're not sure, they will gladly bring out a sample for you to try! Happy tasting =)

Went for the wings. Waited 40 min. Beer tasted like it was out of an old shoe. Waited again. Aftet waiting wings came STONE COLD!! Waitress knew it and still served them. Would not eat there again if we were paid to. Calling board of heath on monday. Do not eat there. Not sure if wings were even cooked.

The service was terrible. The wings were tasty but some were quite over-cooked. The burger was delicious. However, I will not go back, nor would I encourage anyone to go there. I was given a Gift Card for this place on my birthday. Not only was the card refused, but I also was subject to a lecture on how the Hurricane Wings Corporate Stores and Franchises are not related. So, the condescending Manager (?) completed her lecture by stating that you should question the gift-giver where the Hurricane Gift was purchased, because that's basically the only place you can use it. This is all a load of crap and more than likely against the law. Paid the bill, tipped my server even though she provided terrible service and got the heck out of there. BUYER BEWARE

Suprised and Disappointed in the terrible reviews of this place. Me and my Fiancé have been going here for years. And it is one of our favorite places. The food is always on point. 2 for 1 Drafts, which they carry Due South Carmel Cream. Wish they had Category 3 thou. But glad to see them carry Due South. Garlic Parm Fries and Fried Pickles are great! And the wings are by far better than Tree's wings sad severely dried out chicken. The Best thing thou is Hurricanes Boneless wings and Tenders. Really enjoy the chicken and sauces here.

We previously have visited this location and was not to pleased with the service we received.. HOWEVER we heard there were new owners at this store and decided to give it a try again! AS SOON AS WE WALKED IN WE WERE GREETED BY THE SERVER WHO GOT US OUR DRINKS VERY QUICKLY! They were quite busy at the time and we were surprised at how fast we got our drinks then appetizers then our entrées!! The food was great! I tried there pork rice bowl, it was full of flavor! My buddy had the wings with 3 different sauces, it was a tough decision between the variety of sauces but luckily here they let you sample the sauce first to make sure you like it!! Make sure you check them out!!! Definitely will be back more often!!
